Unreal Engine 4

I created this environment as a way to learn some new tools and techniques for creating scenes and assets within Unreal Engine. Some new stuff I learned was using Quixel Bridge, Quixel Mixer, terrain editing and materials, blending assets with pixel depth offset, water shaders, the new volumetric clouds in UE4, and blueprint functionality among others. I spent roughly 2 weeks putting this together using a combination of Quixel Megascan assets and my own custom assets. I really had a lot of fun creating this and I'm really happy with how it turned out.


This scene runs real-time averaging 90 fps on a machine with a GTX 1080, Ryzen 9 3900x, and 32gb of RAM.
